Floral-Filled Mountain Wedding at Tamarack Resort

Bringing Kelsey and Alex's dream wedding to life at Tamarack was a dream! Their love story, with Kelsey's Montana origins and Alex's connection to Boise, found its perfect expression against the backdrop of the majestic mountains in Donnelly, Idaho at Tamarack Resort. Here's a glimpse into their wedding day!

The weekend kicked off with a cozy welcome party at Fern & Feather inside the Osprey Lodge, setting the stage for a weekend full of love, laughter, and celebration. From a heartwarming ceremony to a farewell brunch that sent guests off with smiles, every moment was as special as the couple themselves.

The morning of the wedding, Kelsey and Alex enjoyed some quality time together while walking their dog, Birdie! She might not have walked down the aisle, but she was the real MVP, hanging out with the couple in the lodge all weekend long. What's a day of celebration without your four-legged best friend?

The overall style for their wedding day was light and airy, with a dash of black to add some masculinity. Working alongside Kelsey to bring this design to life was an absolute blast. She has amazing style so designing with her was a dream come true! We wanted the mountains to be more than a setting—they needed to be part of the love story these two were telling. White florals and greenery brought the elements of the surrounding mountains to life. The chapel was decked out by the ever so talented Two Hands Floral with greenery and white florals galore, making for the perfect backdrop for Kelsey and Alex’s first look. The design carried over into the reception space in the courtyard and was equally covered in fresh greenery!

The after-party in Grange Hall? Oh, it was a good one! Marque lights, a black and white dance floor, and "just married" pizza kept the party rolling into the wee hours. Kelsey and Alex hit the dance floor with killer swing moves, making sure the energy stayed sky-high all night. Seriously, these two know how to throw a bash! They even included disposable cameras for guests, capturing every candid moment. Because who doesn't love a bit of nostalgia?

It was truly a beautiful day celebrating Kelsey and Alex’s love in the mountains of Idaho. Cheers to the Bloods!
